What to expect from the first contact to first service.

Your phone call or email request from our website will be answered or responded by Frank Lecrichia, President of Mobile Auto Mechanics.

During our first phone conversation we will discuss your company fleet goals, physical location, type and quantity of vehicles, as well as ascertain the most beneficial way we can help you manage any or all of your fleet service needs.

If we agree that our services will be an asset to your company, an in-person meeting will be scheduled along with a complete fleet audit.

During the in-person meeting we document all vehicle information such as plate number, vin, mileage, and assigned truck numbers.

We will follow up the meeting by sending you up to 5 Preventative Maintenance estimates for your different vehicles. This will give you a clear understanding of our pricing structure. We can use these estimates to begin work immediately if approved.

Our payment terms are simple. The first 5 invoices must be paid by credit card or cash at the time of work completion. Going forward, we operate on a net 15 pay schedule from the time of invoicing.

Scheduling service – It is very easy to schedule service with us. Just call, text, or email the vehicle plate number or assigned number with a description of the services needed. We will assign a technician to the job and confirm an available time that works for your schedule.
